WHAT DOES IT ENTAIL?

You sign up for the app subscription, and then you can download the free app and login. You will have instant access to all my follow-along workout videos for the first trimester, second trimester, third trimester, postpartum recovery, postpartum, and diastasis recti - along with all of my educational, stretching, warm up videos too!

I always add new videos to the library, so there is constantly new content coming in. I want it to be place you can go for everything you need from preparing for pregnancy to appropriately challenging postpartum workouts. I do the full workout with you, and guide you through form, breathing techniques, connecting to the core, and how to modify if/when needed.

Each video has a description box with the full workout written out, a DEMO option, so you can see each move in the workout and go at your own pace.

HOW ARE THE WORKOUTS BROKEN DOWN?

I do not create workouts specifically for “X” week of pregnancy, because that is not how our bodies work. What one woman can/should do at 28 weeks of pregnancy (for example) vs. what another woman can do it completely different. What I did at 28 weeks during one pregnancy vs. what I did at 28 weeks during another pregnancy is completely different.

Instead, you complete a quick survey answering what stage you are currently in. Your homepage, and weekly workouts, will reflect that! The library is broken down into each stage of pregnancy & postpartum, and then further into lower body, full body, upper body, deep core, cardio, and educational videos. Throughout the workout, I always show modifications, as well as how to make each exercise more challenging. This way you can slightly adjust the workout to fit your needs each day.

WEEKLY WORKOUT SPLIT

Every week, I create a new weekly workout plan that you can follow if you like. You can switch workouts around, or head to the full library of workouts if you’d like to select your own workout for the day!

WHAT EQUIPMENT IS REQUIRED?

All of my workouts are short, effective, and require minimal equipment. The only pieces of equipment I require are a set of dumbbells and a stability ball. We occasionally use an inclined surface (like a chair) and a household item (like a pillow). Each video has a description box with the equipment we use in that workout!
